Pregnancy — do not take Accutane in any circumstances during pregnancy because it causes abnormalities in the development of fetus. You should also be cautious in case you have a chance to become pregnant during the treatment or within a moth after the course of Accutane.

Breast-feeding — there’s no sufficient data on the ability of Accutane to pass into breast milk. However, it is highly recommended that you do not take Accutane during breast-feeding because it may cause negative side effects in nursing babies.

Children - infants may be very sensitive to the side effects of the drug’s active element. This may increase the probability of Accutane side effects manifestation during the course. Such side effects as back, joint, or muscle pain can occur more often than with adults.
